Our team at Cloutera always prioritizes the New Tech NW Networking Events and Job Fairs. We see the job fair as the most valuable one to attend because of the always valuable candidates that we interact with, as well as the variety of companies that also host a booth. I think the most essential part of the event, from a sales perspective, is the fact that there is a variety of new companies for us to engage with every single time. As you know, this is valuable for our team to develop more relationships and potentially new client deals.

What was great?
The set up/layout of the event was also very nice. Adding the DJ, the complimentary food, and even the espresso machine was a very nice touch.

I liked the idea of the resume coaching happening out front, and the coaches coming to tables beforehand to see what we were looking for. Vibrant atmosphere!

Setting, enthusiastic candidates, & music. We really base events on hires and the caliber of candidates. This was a successful event since we have 2 already moving to the screening process. It’s hard to say what could be done more- Brett you did a great job!!
